Why Plan Your Giving with Us?

Good Neighbours Active Living Centre (GNALC) is a warm and friendly place. It is a safe environment for those 55 and older to meet new people, share interests, be active and lead productive and healthy lives.
Our programs and services are enriching the lives of many both at the Centre and in the community. GNALC provides opportunities for making friends, exploring interests, staying healthy, getting assistance with daily living, and helping others through volunteering.

Good Neighbours lets me mingle with people in my age group who share similar memories and interests. The friendly environment allows me to participate in programs and events as I am ready and make new friends as I do. -John F.

 Two Ways of Growing

By Donating Today...
Help us achieve our current goals by donating directly to Good Neighbours Active Living Centre.
By Donating For the Future...
Help us ensure our long-term growth by donating to the Good Neighbours Active Living Centre Endowment Fund, created as a "Planned Giving" program in support of the future of GNALC.

Your Planned Giving Contribution

You may plan your giving to GNALC directly as a donation or through the Endowment Fund. Both may be eligible for tax credits to you now or to your estate in the future.
In addition to the tax benefits of planned giving, your donation will be a legacy that helps GNALC continue to thrive. Take comfort in knowing that your donation will touch the lives of seniors, their families and the community for years to come.

The Endowment Fund

The Good Neighbours Active Living Centre Endowment Fund is managed by The Winnipeg Foundation. The revenue from this fund will provide a reliable and continual source of income, ensuring that the good work of GNALC can continue well into the future.

“I’m bored,” and “I have nothing to do.” These are two statements I very rarely use since I joined Good Neighbours ten years ago. I have become useful as a volunteer and fitter with the exercise programs I enjoy. I have learned new and fun things. Best of all, I have made good friends. You simply have to come here and find the programs that make you happy...-Gloria F.
