Advance registration required. Registration options: Online or at the Centre. 
All classes are subject to change or cancellation.

Fitness Ranking System:  
    Gentle Intensity - Level 1
    Moderate Intensity - Level 2
    Challenging Intensity - Level 3

A Get Active Questionnaire form must be filled out if registering for fitness classes. It is recommended you fill one out once a year.
